Our Story
How the Idea Started
The idea for the company emerged at the intersection of two disciplines: engineering and computer science.
Through experience working in the document-intensive field of mechanical engineering, we saw how much valuable time professionals often spend searching through technical documentation. In many organizations, a significant portion of the day can be spent simply trying to locate the information needed to complete a task.
At the same time, our background in software development and growing interest in artificial intelligence revealed a clear opportunity to address this problem. By exploring the rapidly advancing capabilities of AI and building early tools, it became clear that these technologies could transform how organizations access and use information.
As we explored the field further and recognized the growing demand for practical AI adoption, we realized this concept was only one example of a much broader opportunity. Today, we develop a range of AI solutions designed to help organizations streamline workflows, access information more efficiently, and improve productivity.

Dean W.
Co-Founder
Dean is a Professional Engineer in British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from BCIT. His engineering background includes experience managing one of North America's largest pump performance test facilities, serving critical industries like nuclear, oil & gas, chemical processing, municipal water, and more.
With experience working directly with clients, Dean brings a customer-focused, systems-engineering mindset to AI implementation. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical AI solutions.
Ethan R.
Co-Founder
Ethan is an IT Manager, Lead Developer, and Computer Science candidate from Simon Fraser University with experience developing and implementing software systems for real business environments. He has built AI-driven tools, including intelligent knowledge search systems and automated sales agents. He has also created modern CRM and inventory systems, business intelligence tools, corporate automations and redundancies, and deployed IT infrastructure.
With hands-on experience tackling real business challenges, Ethan brings a technical, solution-focused mindset to AI implementation, designing and building complex AI systems that deliver measurable results.
