AI Consulting for Metro Vancouver Businesses

We analyze your business processes to identify repetitive work, inefficiencies, and opportunities where AI can create meaningful improvements.

Where Businesses Lose the Most Time

Most companies we talk to know inefficient workflows are slowing their team down. They’ve envisioned AI as a fix, but aren’t sure where the impact would be biggest, what’s actually feasible, or what it would cost and how long it would take.

  • Writing the same reports, quotes, submittals, and emails from scratch again and again
  • Manual data entry across a variety of business software
  • Analyzing or comparing contracts, quotes, reports, proposals, etc.
  • Accessing and clearly presenting operational data stored in folders and databases
  • Staff hunting through dense PDFs, folders, emails, and other documents to find information

These patterns show up in most document heavy industries. An AI consulting assessment ranks these opportunities by cost versus payoff, so you invest where the time savings significantly justify the spend.

Our Consulting Process

In many cases, AI consulting and AI implementation are handled by separate companies. This can create disconnects between recommendations and what is actually built. Our team provides both consulting and implementation services. So, whether or not you choose to proceed with us for implementation, our hands on experience building AI software means our recommendations are realistic and fit your budget, timeline, and goals.

Step 01

Discovery

We learn about your business, workflows, and current tools.

Step 02

Analysis

We evaluate areas where AI could improve efficiency or reduce manual work.

Step 03

Recommendations

You receive a report outlining practical AI solutions and options. See more below.

Step 04

Implementation Optional

If desired, we can design and build the recommended systems.

Deliverables

We go over the findings with you, and provide a written report you can act on, whether or not you build anything with us. It’s specific enough that any developer could work from it. Because we have hands-on experience developing AI software, the details are clear enough to get accurate quotes and begin building.

What this typically includes:

  • Opportunities we found. The specific workflows in your business where AI would remove real hours, described in your terms rather than in technology terms
  • What each one would take. The approach we would use, high level system architecture, software stack, and required integrations and configuration
  • Approximate cost and timelines for implementation. Based on our experience, we estimate cost and timeline ranges, giving you a sense of the budget required for implementation
  • A recommended order. Which projects to start with for the biggest return on investment, or suitable projects for a pilot to assess the results
  • Data and security considerations. Recommendations for an on-site, cloud, or hybrid AI system, based on your data privacy and security requirements

Duration & Cost

The initial consultation is free. We talk through how your business runs, which workflows consume the most time, and whether an assessment is worth doing. There is no obligation to go further.

Beyond that, an assessment is scoped and a quote with various options is provided. So, you have options, clear numbers, and timelines, before any work begins.

Our discovery phase is flexible, whether that’s on-site visits or remote meetings, built around your schedule. We investigate thoroughly, while also respecting your team’s time and ongoing work.

What Our Recommendations Turn Into

AI Billing Audit Software

A North Vancouver rental company suspected revenue was leaking across a year of orders. Fifteen AI agents reviewed the full year in a single day and surfaced more than 60 issues, each with supporting records.

AI Database Querying

Staff who previously had to file a request with a technical team can now ask questions like “show our top 5 customers by revenue” and get the answer immediately.

AI Document Search

Instead of digging through folders and PDFs, employees ask a question in plain language and get an answer with clickable references to the exact section of the source document.

AI Consulting FAQs

Common questions from businesses weighing up an AI assessment.

We start with a discovery conversation about how your business runs day to day, then review the workflows, tools, and documents your team spends the most time on. From there we analyze where AI could realistically reduce manual work, and deliver a written report covering the opportunities we found, what each one would take to build, and a recommended order to tackle them. If you want us to build the recommended systems, we can, but that is a separate decision you make after the report.

Then we tell you. Some processes are better fixed with a template, a cleaner spreadsheet, or a change to an existing tool, and recommending an AI build in those cases would waste your money and our reputation. Part of the value of an assessment is finding out which parts of your business are genuinely worth automating and which are not.

No. The report is yours and it is written to be specific enough that another developer could work from it. Most consulting firms cannot build what they advise, so their recommendations drift toward what sounds good rather than what is actually buildable. Because we do both, our recommendations are scoped against real development effort, but you are free to take them elsewhere.

Less than most people expect. The bulk of it is a discovery conversation plus a few short follow ups with the people who actually do the work being reviewed. We do the analysis on our own time and come back to you with findings rather than asking your staff to sit through long workshops.

The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation, so the first conversation costs you nothing. Beyond that it depends on the size of your business and how many workflows are in scope, so we quote each engagement rather than posting a flat rate, and you will have a clear number before any work starts. Our article on custom AI development costs walks through the ranges for the build phase if you want a sense of the bigger picture first.

Small businesses often see the fastest return, because a single owner or a handful of staff are usually absorbing a lot of repetitive administrative work personally. We work with small and mid sized companies across Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, and the rest of the Lower Mainland, and the highest value opportunities are frequently the unglamorous ones like document search, quoting, and drafting routine correspondence.

We only look at what is necessary to understand the workflow in question, and we discuss confidentiality before anything is shared. If your business handles sensitive client, patient, financial, or legal information, we also walk you through on site deployment options where the AI runs on hardware in your own building and your data never leaves your network.

Yes. We serve the whole of Metro Vancouver, including Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Langley, New Westminster, and Delta. Being a small local team means we can meet in person when it helps, rather than running the entire engagement through video calls with an offshore delivery team.
